About this apartment rental
This unit is in Alta Mesa Chateaux in northeast Mesa, AZ. There are three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has an alcove sitting area, walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. There is a separate dining area. Parking is off-street and plentiful. The beautiful pool and spa area are a few steps away but just far enough that pool noise is not an issue. Across the street is a market, several restaurants (both sit-down and fast food) and a deli. Sloan Park (spring training home of the Chicago Cubs) is a few miles away; the rest of the Phoenix-area Cactus League stadiums are also within relatively short drives. Seasonal professional sports include baseball, basketball, football and ice hockey. Tennis and golf are a few blocks away with a multitude of other golf venues just short drives away.

Our stay was very nice. Some furnishings and the carpets could use replacing however the condo was very cozy and it had everything we needed. The mattresses are quite firm. The heated pool and parking spot were a very short walk away. The outdoor patio was small but could easily accommodate two people. The neighbours and other guests were very welcoming. The biggest downfalls for us were the absence of sports channels on the tv and that the street noise was very loud at times. The condo owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. If able, we would definitely return.

Great location, friendly neighbors, nice condo but carpet needs to be replaced because some tacks poked up through carpet.
