In countryside setting, this gîte is ideal for a business trip or holidays close to Lyon. Very easily accessed. Main roads, Eurexpo, St Exupery airport nearby. Self-catering accommodation in group of buildings that includes 2 dwellings and owners' - former farmers - home. Goat farm on site. Ground floor: light & airy living room (lounge area, dining area, lovely beamed ceilings, many windows). Separate kitchen, WC, utility room (washing machine). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single beds), (attic with cot, extra single bed available with extra charge of 70 euros per week). Bathroom including WC. Outdoors : private enclosed terrace (no opposite neighbours, hedge), shared courtyard. Fixed charge for cleaning service on departure : 40 euros (obligatory for long stays of 2 weeks or more). Warm welcome.
