Great place just off the Lyon highway

This apartment, and the host were absolutely fantastic! Super helpful contact, even with my bad French! If you drive to the apartment, come to the block from the north, not over the tram lines to the south. There is loads of parking right next to the building. The host made the rooms and apartment very welcoming, with lots of tea, coffee, bathroom bits and even emergency shaving kits for forgetful travellers, like me!

Clean, big, quiet and well-equipped apartment - very happy guests :)

Our family of 4 from Demark stayed at the apartment 2 overnights in July 2023 - very happy with the stay. The host is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is almost brand new, very clean and bright. We were provided with all facilities and toiletries. No noise whatsoever. We enjoyed very much our stay. One single remark is the apartment's building is T11, and not T3. Maybe the host should consider to change the address of the apartment.

Great sleeping experience

Lalia, the host, is suuuper nice and friendly and always available for any questions you might have. The beds were quite comfortable and the whole area is very quiet - great sleeping experience. Amazing price for what you get. Also plenty of coffee and tea options which is a nice touch.

The building doesn't have an elevator and the apartment is in the last floor. The location isn't as central as we thought it would be. Also looks kinda sketchy but we always felt safe. Only one toilet and one shower, divided into two separate rooms. Not the best option if you're in a group.

L'accueil, la sympathie et la disponibilité de l hôte, le quietitude de l'appartement, la propreté, le confort. On sent que Alia, aime mettre à l'aise les locataires jusqu'aux petits détails. Des l'arrivée on se sent chez soi et on aime y être. Tout est fait pour se détendre et profiter son séjour

Un appartement qui a comblé toutes mes attentes

L appartement était d’une propreté remarquable avec un soin apporté sur des détails mais au combien important comme du café du thé à disposition des set de toilette complet comprenant aussi brosse à dent et dentifrice ! Les informations pour le Check in et la relation conviviale avec la propriétaire sont une vraie plus !

Peut être mettre des simple condiments comme huile sel et poivre pour cuisiner

Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner, simplement 1 collègue qui a pris café et cappuccino. Tout est bien pensé et l'hôte et très chaleureuse et agréable

Квартира оказалась намного больше чем на фото,было все необходимое и даже больше!! Порадовали комплекты для каждого (зубная щетка,мини паста для чистки Зубов,кондиционер,шампунь,гель для душа,и ещё дополнительные экземпляры мыла и гелей для душа)стиральная машинка. Даже одноразовые стаканчики в ванной запакованные,если понадобится. На кухне можно было найти( кофе,чай,капучино,горячий шоколад)кофе машина капсульная(капсулы были.) В этой квартире арендатор действительно подготовился к приезду гостей. Полы чистые,посуда чистая) приборы,бокалы,штопоры,сковородки и сотейники были в жилье,мусорные пакеты. Приправы нужно брать с собой,если кто планирует готовить в доме. Планировка квартиры очень хорошая) есть зал где можно провести время и отдохнуть. Супер-удобный диван и кресло. Просторно,у каждого есть свое пространство для того чтобы восстановить силы. До центра Лиона очень близко,24 минуты на машине. Есть балкон застекленный со столиком,для лета замечательно. Самая главная изюминка-это арендатор Alia,она очень приятный человек в переписке и всегда была на связи,подстраивалась под нас и простила нам разбитый бокал.Я часто путешествую,и это была одна из самых лучших квартир и арендаторов! Жилье максимально защищенное,трех этапная защита,немного усилий чтобы попасть к себе в жилье)но зато очень надежно

Было холодно в квартире в январе,надеюсь в будущем и этот вопрос решится 🌸 Некоторая мебель износилась,её лучше заменить или подкрасить. Ещё дополнительная комната с надписью «Приват» чуть напрягла,но это может не всех смущать. Лучше добавить в ленту фотографий,чтобы гости могли видеть заранее. Лучше всего сделать видео от начала и до конца,как пройти внутрь,либо несколько видео,это будет намного удобнее!

Hacía mucho calor en la cocina y en las habitaciones aunque tenía aire acondicionado en el salón pero no llega a las habitaciones y en la cocina no se puede estar en agosto !

Alia ainsi que son mari savent être accueillant, à l’écoute et disponible. Nous avons adorer les petites attentions comme les produits de beautés, le café, le thé etc… Bel appartement dans un endroit calme et bonne literie.

Appartement impeccable et spacieux

La propreté c était vraiment impeccable, notre hôte est dans le détails 1 panier par personne avec tout ce qui faut jusqu'au rasoir brosse à dents .... La literie était très confortable, et toute les instructions c était top et très bien expliqué. On a pu se garer facilement dans la résidence qui est sécurisé. Nous avons apprécié les bouteilles d eau à notre arrivé, le café et les chocolats chaud au réveil !!!! Merci à Lilia pour l acceuil.

Very good stay

Superbe appartement très très propre , conforme aux photos . Avec divers petites attentions qui font vraiment très plaisir : café, thé… kites de douches , place de parking au pied de l’immeuble , tramway à proximité , eurexpo à 10 minutes et groupama stadium à 15 minutes . On reviendra et diffusons votre annonce à notre entourage .

Super consigliato!

L'edificio è un po' decadente ma l'appartamento è molto grazioso, grande e spazioso, dotato di ogni accessorio e comfort, asciugamani e kit bagno sono stati forniti in abbondanza, poi caffè, cappuccino, cioccolata e altro a disposizione. La sistemazione ha superato le nostre aspettative, comoda alla fiera, ai supermercati e ai ristoranti della zona, la consiglio vivamente.

Non abbiamo mai incontrato i gestori di persona, sono sempre stati disponibili e raggiungibili per messaggio, però aver ricevuto le chiavi da un essere umano, almeno all'inizio, non mi sarebbe dispiaciuto.

la surface de l'appartement qui est aussi rénové

la non flexibilité du propriétaire sur l'horaire de départ, le logement doit être libéré à 11h00, nous avons demandé 11h30 pour pouvoir se reposer plus à cause d'une participation à un événement qui doit se terminer vers 5h00 du matin. Alors que même dans les hotels de la ville on peut rester jusqu'à midi

Les attentions de notre hôte à notre arrivée

Le fait qu’il n’y avait qu’une salle de bains alors que le descriptif de Booking en promettait deux (c’était un de nos critères). On a dû attendre le passage du gardien et de la maintenance du chauffe-eau pour avoir de l’eau chaude le mercredi matin, ce qui nous a fait perdre une matinée.
