At heart of the medieval village of Ternand, in the 'Pierres Dorées' region, lovely gîte in traditional house (dating from 1650) adjoining an art gallery. Totally restored. Acessed on foot via a small pedestrianized street (public parking nearby). Entry via large, covered, landscape, terrace (wooden gate) with wonderful wiews of valley and the opposite village of Oingt (listed one of the most beautiful village in France). Delightful character interior, cosy décor: hexagonal floor tiles, exposed beams, exposed stone walls, paintings, many collection objects. Raised ground floor: large fitted kitchen with fireplace, cosy lounge (accessed via 2 stairs, hi-fi, library). WC (washbasin). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, en-suite shower room) (160 x 200cm bed, accessed via 3 stairs, en-suite bathroom/WC). Bed linen, towels and household linen supplied at no extra charge.
