Ideally located, between town and country, close to the city of Lyon and public transport. Open plan living room (lounge area, dining area, small kitchen area). Small hall. 2 bedrooms (double bed), (2 single beds). Shower room. WC. Washing machine/tumble dryer available in laundry room shared with owner. Outdoors: terrace (wooden deck) without opposite neighbours shaded by a lovely plane tree (garden furniture, deck chairs), private gravelled courtyard, shared garden (cats & dog on-site). Parking on property (owner side), separate pedestrian access (small gate). For business trips the accommodation can be booked for 2 people only.
