Discover the Normandy coast by staying in this duplex apartment, ideally located near the beach and the town centre of Courseulles-sur-Mer.
The 27 m² flat can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children and comprises a living room with sofa bed, dining area, fully-equipped kitchenette, bedroom with two single beds, shower room and balcony for al fresco dining!

Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A beautiful, bright living room with a double sofa bed, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine.
- Separate WC
On the 1st floor, accessed by a wooden staircase :
- Bedroom: two single beds, desk area.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
Outside:
- A small balcony furnished with a table and 2 chairs, to enjoy a good meal al fresco!
Nearby:
The accommodation is located in a quiet, pleasant, wooded area close to the beach and all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, bars, restaurants, shops 650 m away.
- There is a skate park 200 m away and a riding school 800 m away.
- Courseulles sur Mer beach 400 m away.
- Juno Beach Museum 1 km away
- Marina 1.2 km away (15-minute walk)
- Sailing school 2.4 km away (6 minutes by car)
Activities :
You will have the opportunity to walk, cycle and even horse ride along the coast, to the marina or to the pretty Edit park, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, visit galleries and the Juno Beach Museum.
