In the southern Beaujolais, at heart of a small hamlet just 2 km from the village of L'Arbresle, self-contained gîte in modern building also including a wine shed used for owner's wine-producing works. Very easy access, separate entrance. Light & airy interior, full of character (wooden furniture, beamed ceiling), very comfortable, well-designed, perfect for gatherings of family or business trips. Tasting of estate wines. Warm welcome assured. Ground floor: large open plan living room opening onto the terrace/ lounge (2 sofas)/ fitted kitchen. WC (washbasin). Utility room (washing machine, sink, fridges, storage area). 1st floor: hall, 4 bedrooms (single bed, private washbasins), (double bed, 2 single beds, en-suite shower room), (2 rooms with double bed + single bed in each). Shower room, 2 WC. Raclette grill, many board games. Outdoors: private garden (lawn), extensive paved terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, lovely panoramic views of the village with its church tower (1 km away) and vineyards. Cleaning service during the stay (extra charge) can be arranged. Fixed rate for electricity & heating : 15 euros/day from 02 January to 01 May and from 02 October to 01 January, 8 euros/day from 02 May to 01 October.
