Welcome to our home !
The building has a lift, but it is out of order.
In the Marais district, our home 2 bedroom is situated in a Parisian building, near many hip boutiques, restaurants, museums and galleries.
So kindly step in and make yourself at home; everything is within arms reach, and the interior decor will lull you into a sense of comfort and relation. In my apartment, you'll find there are 3-parts: The main living area, the bedrooms and the bathroom. As followed, you find:
- A fully-equipped kitchen with an electric hob and convection oven.
- Ample seating and surfaces for you to dine, work or make yourself comfy
- King-size beds in the bedrooms. The normal capacity of this flat is 4 persons, but can be extended to 6 with the sofa bed.
Fresh bedsheets, towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Furthermore, cleaning and sanitation will be done before your arrival.
Enter the building using the badge (it's the first door on the right passing by Rue Chapon), the apartment is located on the 1st floor, first door on the left.
NOTE: Roof works will take place this week, including the installation of scaffolding. The works are expected to last approximately one month.

The historical Marais district located in the 4th arrondissement, is known for all its galleries, museums and boutiques. Museums include the Victor Hugo museum where the famous writer lived and the National Picasso Paris Museum. The streets around Saint-Paul metro lead to the Maison Européenne de la Photographie. The Place des Vosges, originally Place Royal is right in the Marais district.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

The apartment was just as advertised and very conveniently located. Best experience- we locked the keys in when we were in a rush to get somewhere and within 10 minutes, the host had given us instructions for getting spare keys and we made it for our scheduled tour.

We were 4 adults and all slept comfortably. The space is light, the apartment is quiet at night. The kitchen and fridge work well for storing snacks and leftovers. We didn't cook so no opinion on that.

This apartment is in a great location in the Marais with cafes, boulangeries etc in easy walking distance. The apartment was just as described and was very comfortable for 2 adults and one 12-year-old. It was in pristine condition when we arrived. The lobby/hallway though is shabby and dank and it felt like we were going into a squatter's building. Needless to say, we were relieved to get into the apartment and see that it was clean and bright and what we were expecting. The stairs are a bit tricky as they are windy with uneven planks and the hallway is dark so maybe not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. GuestReady gave clear instructions and was responsive to our questions and a great host overall. Merci

Apartment is cute in a great neighborhood. The stairs are difficult to navigate so this might be of concern for some travelers. We were extremely disappointed with the bed in the second bedroom. It was so uncomfortable that we could not use it after our first night of our five night stay. The bathroom was well lit but quite small and the floor was in desperate need of repair. The location is perfect, close to the metro and restaurants. We had a great time in Paris but were disappointed in this apartment because it was more like a one bedroom apartment since one of the beds was unusable.
