This 50 sqm 2 room holiday apartment captivates with a fantastic view over the harbour and Schlei to the Baltic Sea...
It is located on the 2nd floor of the residential and commercial building KLABAUTERMANN with quiet business on the ground floor (agency, office etc.).
The interior of this charming harbour apartment offers a spacious living area, dining and kitchen area (approx. 24 sqm), a small balcony, hallway, bedroom as well as a bathroom with large shower area.
The special feature is not only the fascinating view, but especially the location directly in the harbour mile of the beautiful and newly emerging marina, the main attraction of the entire holiday resort at all. Watching the morning or evening red and the sunsets over the harbour is almost every day a special colourful experience...
Holiday together - but live separately:
Also for an extended family or two couples/small families who are on holiday together, but would like to live separately, this apartment is perfectly suited in combination with the somewhat larger 70 sqm PENTHOUSE harbour apartment "REEDER'S TOPP": Situated in the same house, only on two different floors, these two apartments in double pack together offer space for up to 8 people, but also the necessary distance!
Excursion and shopping possibilities, restaurants, shops etc. are best in Kappeln an der Schlei, 7 km away, the infrastructure in Port Olpenitz regarding gastronomy, marina etc. is not yet finished, and the harbour mile itself is only in the making. However, an excellently equipped holiday apartment in a fascinating location at fair introductory prices awaits you NOW...
The marina, more shops, cafes and restaurants are due to open soon.
The public "Weidefelder Strand" is directly connected to the Port Olpenitz area in the south, is free of visitor's tax, 3 km long and of good sand quality. There is also a small beach restaurant.
