Located just 900 metres from the Baltic Sea sand beach in Olpenitz, Northern Germany, this spacious Skanlux holiday home offers an ideal coastal escape for up to 14 guests. Year-round swimming is guaranteed in the heated 14.5 m² indoor pool equipped with Roman steps, a water slide, and a counter-current system for active laps. The wellness area also features a large built-in whirlpool and a sauna for complete relaxation. The heart of the property is a bright, open-plan kitchen and living space complete with full appliances, a wood-burning stove, TV, stereo, and full underfloor heating throughout the entire house. For friendly entertainment, head into the activity room for billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and a PlayStation 4 gaming corner. The home sleeps up to 14 guests across 5 double bedrooms (with single beds that can be pushed together) and a sleeping loft, supported by 2 bathrooms—one equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A baby cot and high chair are available for younger guests. Outdoors, a partially covered terrace features a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for outdoor dining even in summer rain, with a shared playground located close by. Please note that pool, spa, and wellness facilities incur higher utility consumption, periodic construction noise may occur from ongoing development in the area, and youth group bookings are strictly prohibited.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach! The house itself is roomy and comfortable, with plenty of activities to keep everyone busy, We particularly enjoyed the billiards and the big terrace for outdoor dining, The underfloor heating was a nice feature, keeping the place cozy throughout our stay,

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes neues Haus, das jedoch leider seitens des Verwalters vor Ort nicht gepflegt wird. Bei Ankunft nicht besonders sauber, was angesichts des Preises der Endreinigung von 200 ¬ sehr bemerkenswert ist. Defektes Fenster, das von außen geschlossen werden musste. Räder des Grills abgebrochen. Nach vier Tagen muffelndes Schwimmbad, da keine eigenständige Wasserkontrolle durch den Verwalter erfolgt. Der Geruch und die Wassertrübung wurde vom Verwalter als "völlig normal bei Nutzung des Schwimmbades" bezeichnet. Warum erfolgt dann keine Kontrolle???? Nach Beanstandung halbherzige kurzzeitige Besserung durch Einbringung eines Schwimmers, der die Schwebteilchen binden sollte und eines Schaufelchens Chlor, kurze Zeit danach war das Wasser wieder getrübt und muffelnd. Hallo?? Es ist ein Haus für 12 Personen bei einer Beckengröße von ca. 5 m auf 3 m, Da muss eben mal alle zwei/drei Tage eine Wasserkontrolle durchgeführt werden! Das erwarte ich von einem "Premium"-Haus. / Abrechnung der Nebenkosten unbedingt nachrechnen!!! / Umfeld des Hauses Baustelle und Brachland. Es befinden/entstehen hier Hunderte von Ferienwohnungen/Ferienhäusern, die Gegend wird noch jahrelang eine Baustelle sein und wenn alles fertig ist eine zugepflasterte Feriensiedlung.
