About this house rental
Welcome to the Schwalbenstadl vacation home. Here you’ll enjoy a beautiful view and be able to completely unwind. The building consists of two interconnected units. The units are equipped to accommodate up to 8 people. The units are rented out only as a pair.
On the first floor is a fully furnished unit with a kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom; this unit measures 30 m². The other unit is located on the first floor and features a kitchen, living area, and dining area. The second floor houses the three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The vacation home is situated in a small town at an elevation of 1,200 meters and 2 km from the mountain village of Jerzens. You can reach the village of Jerzens in 3 minutes by car. There you’ll find plenty of shopping options for your daily groceries, various restaurants, and a doctor’s office. You’ll also find a tourist information office there where you can get helpful tips for your vacation.
A hiking trail starting right from the house leads you directly to the Öztal Alps with its rustic mountain huts. Here you can enjoy a variety of hikes ranging from easy to challenging.
But the Schawlbenstadl is also a wonderful place to stay for winter sports enthusiasts. The various ski areas, such as Hoch Zeiger, Pitztal Glacier, and Hoch Oetz, are easily accessible from the house. A free ski bus runs daily just 150 meters from the property, taking you to various ski areas.

Spacious and comfortable with character. The locality is very peaceful but very close to Jerzens and well positioned if you want to combine the immediate area and the upper Pitztal with other parts of the Tirol. (We came from Scotland, in July.) The facilities are extensive. It is a bit of a work in progress with for example the bathrooms older than the kitchens but the owners are actively updating everything bit by bit. We received a warm welcome and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, allem voran die Küche. Es gibt genug Platz und die Lage ist herrlich.
Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung ist einfach und direkt. Jegliche Fragen wurden super schnell beantwortet oder sich darum gekümmert.
Sehr zu empfehlen!
