The 'Nice and Spacious Villa near Fuengi' is located in Mijas, in eastern Spain. This luxurious villa offers plenty of space and a beautiful outdoor area, making it ideal for a family vacation.
The villa covers 240 square meters and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a television, a cot, and a highchair.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have double beds, while bedrooms 3 and 4 both have two single beds. The private outdoor area is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a pool, a whirlpool, a garden, and a partially open terrace with a grill. There is also a balcony and plenty of inviting garden furniture.
A variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, and a supermarket can be reached on foot within 5 minutes (390 m). Playa de la Butibamba beach is a 12-minute drive away (6.5 km), and Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport is 25 minutes away by car (29 km).
The property is family-oriented; groups of friends under 40 years old are not allowed. Pets are not permitted. The villa offers a garage for parking, and parking is also available on the street. Pros: Meget fin villa. God plads. Velindrettet og funktionel. Der måtte godt være tv på værelserne. Lasse er en fin, venlig og imødekommende vært.
