This elegant holiday loft in Bad Mitterndorf guarantees a luxurious vacation and a great time for two. Enjoy a private sauna, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious balcony. A divine total of 67 m² living area is where coziness and stylish design meet: traditional wooden surfaces and warm colors are combined with modern elements and furniture. The choice of materials and the fact that pets are not allowed make this place particularly allergy-friendly.
The balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows facing south offer a fantastic view of the mountain panorama, especially of the mighty Grimming. Your accommodation is a great starting point for hikes, sports activities and outdoor recreation. Cross-country trails accessible directly outside the front door are enticing in the winter.
Only a few meters away there is a bus stop – important for excursions and winter sports. The train station Bad Mitterndorf as well as shops and restaurants like the "Gourmet-Atelier Steirerhütte" are within walking distance. In the surrounding area, many beautiful excursion destinations, such as the Ödensee or the Tauplitz-Alm, are also waiting to be explored. Does golf hold a special place in your heart? The "Golf & Country Club Schloss Pichlarn" is only about 15 km away.

Nachdem der erste Aufenthalt so ein Highlight war, haben wir kurze Zeit später gleich nochmals gebucht und auch beim zweiten Mal lässt sich sagen: Eine Unterkunft vom Feinsten, bei der keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Besonders schätzen wir: die außerordentliche Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten und –utensilien, den bequemen Hängesessel, die feine Sauna, die Aussicht auf die Berglandschaft.
Leicht störend ist der rege Betrieb (inkl. Zufahrtsverkehr) auf dem Thermenparkplatz.

Ruhige, wunderschöne Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick. Außergewöhnlich komplette Ausstattung, die man von einer Ferienwohnung normalerweise nicht erwarten darf. Sehr viel Platz mit optimaler Raumaufteilung. Exzellenter Service, reagiert sofort und geht verständnissvoll auf meine Wünsche ein.
Die echten Tierfälle empfanden wir unangenehm. Der Schneepflug vom Thermen-Parkplatz lärmt ab 04:30 Uhr.
