However, it is not far from the coast and beautiful beaches such as those of Costa Rei and Capo Ferrato, which are only a few minutes away from'auto (circa 12).La zona offre anche luoghi di interesse storico e archeologico, una natura ancora incontaminata nella quale organizzare escursioni, tante piccole aziende che producono frutta e verdura bio, formaggi di qualità, miele, olio extra vergine d'olive, to name but a few. There is also a renowned wine cellar in the centre of Olia Speciosa that produces excellent wines with excellent value for money.
Externally, the villa offers a well-kept garden with lawn and ornamental flowerbeds, a large covered loggia with table, chairs and barbecue area, and a small swimming pool at the edge of which one can relax or sunbathe.
The house has two levels. On the ground floor there is a very large living room with dining area, sitting area and open kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with single beds that can be pushed together, a modern bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. On the first floor accessed by an internal wooden staircase there is a second double bedroom, a single bedroom and a second bathroom with shower.
