Discover this spacious and cosy farmhouse in Mittersill, perfectly located in the heart of Salzburger Land, close to the Kitzbühel Alps. Just a 5-minute drive away is the legendary Panoramabahn, which opens the doors to the extensive ski area around Kitzbühel. Ideal for 2 to 19 people, this enchanting home promises an unforgettable stay, nestled in an idyllic winter landscape as well as a wide range of activities in the summer months.
Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and coffee machine. A small, cosy living room and a separate dining room on the ground floor offer plenty of space for shared meals and convivial evenings. On the first and first floors there are nine double rooms with shower/WC, some with balcony, a single room, a guest WC and another small living room.
The outdoor area includes a small front garden and a charcoal barbecue, ideal for summer barbecues and relaxing hours outdoors. A car park at the house offers space for up to 5 cars, so that larger groups can also arrive comfortably. There is a ski bus stop right outside the front door, making access to the ski area particularly convenient.
