About this house rental
In our lovingly furnished vacation home, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The living room, with its corner sofa that converts into a bed, invites you to sit together comfortably and relax.
A fully equipped kitchen is available for light meals.
(induction cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, refrigerator, various kitchen utensils)
The kitchen seating area seats 4 people.
It’s up to the loft for sleeping.
You’ll sleep in 2 cozy sleeping berths, each with 2 sleeping spots (1.80 m x 2.00 m, on a slatted frame with a full-size mattress), accessible via a secure ladder. The sleeping berths can be secured with locking planks.
Small but very nice—the tour continues in our newly renovated bathroom. It is equipped with a toilet, shower (ceiling height 1.90 m), sink, lighted mirror, hair dryer, instant water heater, and a convection heater.
In the main room, there is a large closet with plenty of space for all your luggage.
Additionally, there is a table with 6 chairs at your disposal, which can be used both indoors and outdoors.
On the covered porch, you’ll find seating as well as a gas-powered plancha grill, perfect for cooking outdoors.
Bedding (6€ per person) and towels (4€ per person) are not included in the price. If you’d like to add these to your booking, please feel free to contact me.
You’re welcome to bring your pet with you. Please indicate this when making your reservation. I ask for your understanding that we must charge an additional flat fee of 30.00€ for this.

In näherer Umgebung (<20km) gibt es natürlich nicht allzu viel zu entdecken. Aber darüber hinaus gibt es ein großes Angebot für Familien: das Steinhuder Meer mit der schönen Badeinsel in Steinhude, Wassersport- bzw. Wasserausflugsmöglichkeiten, dem Strand "Weiße Düne" am Nordufer in Mardorf, dem Hochseilgarten Sea Tree in Mardorf, dem Dinopark in Münchehagen, das Freizeitbad in Münchehagen, Adventure-Golf in Hagenburg, usw.

Schon vor Anreise war der Vermieterin wichtig, dass wir gut ankommen. Eine kurzfristige Abstimmung der Ankunftszeit lief reibungslos. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, ohne Wartezeit. Die Ferienwohnung, die ein kleines Häuschen ist, ist nahezu selbsterklärend. Eine Einweisung und ein Willkommensgruß ließ sich Frau Jäger nicht nehmen. Wir haben alles picobello, modern, funktional und durchdacht und vor allem, wie beschrieben, vorgefunden. Viele liebevolle Details, wie Kräutertöpfe zur eigenen Nutzung oder eine mit frischen Zweigen geschmückte Vase, zeigen die persönliche Handschrift und wie wichtig es der Vermieterin ist, dass es ein schöner Aufenthalt wird. Das Häuschen hat ein eigenes Grundstück mit Stellplatz für den PKW, der auch immer einsehbar ist. Besonders schön ist der Garten sicher zur Rhododendronblüte, dieser ist vielfach Teil der blickschützenden Eingrenzung. Wir haben bei dem schönen Wetter die Mahlzeiten draußen auf der Terrasse oder dem überdachten Vorbau am Eingang genossen. Die Umgebung ist ländlich modern und sehr ruhig, der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist gut ausgebaut und Hannover bequem ohne Auto erreichbar. Die Urlaubermappe sowie umfangreiches, aktuelles Informationsmaterial sind bestens für das Kennenlernen der Umgebung geeignet und ansprechend präsentiert. Wir waren zu Dritt und haben uns, wie zuhause gefühlt, nur erholter. Wir können die Unterkunft vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen und würden auch jederzeit wieder bei Frau Jäger buchen.
