Holiday home with private lake and beach

A unique holiday home built directly on the lake shore, in a unique location. Guests have exclusive use of a private lake (swimming and fishing are available at no extra charge), a private sandy beach, and a vast, fenced property. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. The town of Bytów, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes, is approximately 2 km away. This comfortable holiday home is built on stilts on a private lake (right on the shore). It comprises a spacious living room (double sofa bed, TV, fireplace, and dining table), a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. An additional double bedroom is located on the mezzanine. The house boasts a large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a picturesque view of the lake. A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility room. Air conditioning, electric underfloor heating, and a fireplace are available (wood is included in the price). Wireless internet is available. The extensive, well-maintained private property features a sandy beach (with a pedal boat, a stand-up paddleboard, and numerous inflatable water toys available), a playground, a gas grill, and secure parking. Two electric bikes are also available for guests (free of charge) and basic fishing equipment. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, firewood, two electric bikes, a pedal boat, a stand-up paddleboard, dogs allowed (maximum 2), internet, and parking. A highchair and a cot are available upon request (advance notice required). The Bytów area is the heart of picturesque Kashubia, offering countless opportunities for active recreation: kayaking, cycling, and numerous historical sites (including the Teutonic Castle in Bytów). There's no way you'll be bored here.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
