In addition, for entertainment the house offers a lounge with billiards and table tennis.

There is its own lake with fish, ideal for swimming and fishing, with a large jetty, rowing boat and large pedal boat. By the lake there is a fire pit, a stone barbecue with smokehouse and a gazebo with a large table and benches. The whole area is beautifully integrated into the surrounding landscape, with the house 'snuggled' into the east-north wall of the forest, offering extensive, picturesque views.
