About this villa rental
Extravagant luxurious villa, furnished in neo-baroque style with direct views of the Mediterranean Sea.
This luxurious holiday villa is located in a secured park between St. Tropez and Ramatuelle. The villa itself has a park-worthy garden of 7,000m2 with a private swimming pool, equipped with a shower/toilet and changing room and a covered pool bar. With a carport with 3 parking spaces and additional parking spaces for another 5 cars on-site, there is plenty of parking space.
From the pool and the terrace, you have a panoramic view over the bay of Pampelonne with its sandy beaches. Around the pool are two sunbeds and four large loungers as standard.
On the large terrace, of course also with a sea view, there is a dining table for eight people (extendable to a maximum of 12 people).
At the back, there is another terrace with a dining area for 12 people and a large outdoor grill.
The villa was completely renovated and refurbished in 2008. The living area is equipped with a 50” plasma TV, fireplace and crystal chandeliers. There is a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room. The master bedroom has a large bathroom and dressing room, and then there are 5 guest bedrooms each with its own bathroom. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV.
The Villa has a separate, additional bedroom with a bathroom available for a possible au pair or assistant.
