About this villa rental

Magnificent villa with pool completely renovated and tastefully furnished. It is ideally located 30m from the sea (you can see) and the famous Club 55.

Covering an area of 130 m², the property is built on a plot of 800 sqm and has a pool, a pool house and outdoor shower. Inside, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people spread between the 3 main bedrooms and bedroom-loft that can accommodate additional 4.

Each of the 3 main rooms is equipped with its own bathroom.

You can park up to 3 cars.

The rental will appeal equally to those in search of relaxation, to those who come to enjoy nights Tropéziennes furious.

The villa is located in the municipality of RAMATUELLE, Moray Alley in Pampelonne residential park accessible from the beach road. It is specifically in a building called "the Hamlet of the beach."
The condominium is fully fenced and is accessed by an electric gate on the side aisle morays. The place is very secure since there are two gates before entering the villa also has its own portal.
It is close to the summer gendarmerie.

The house is not luxurious, but it is clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great location. The host was very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue is that the living room area is small and the dining table is on the terrace, which is no problem during summer, but a bit inconvenient during winter.

It’s the second year our family spends the summer holidays on Pampelonne beach and this year we chose Yannick’s place and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was in 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, very light, cosy, beautiful pool which my 7 year daughter enjoyed the most, lovely garden and terrace. The Kitchen is very well equipped. A/C in every room. The host Patrick was responsive and friendly. when we arrived, he described the households in every detail, so we didn’t have any difficulties figuring things out. Recommend this house!

What a wonderful time we had with friends in St. Tropez. Yannick was a great host and Patrick the house manager was beyond helpful with our check in and suggesting places to eat. We loved the location of the house away from the main part of St. Tropez but easily accessible and a stones throw from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Riviera, Pampelonne Beach, filled with dozens of beach clubs and restaurants. The house was perfect for two couple or even three. The house is secure with gates and security screens that roll down. We came at a quieter time of year, so I suppose in Summer there is quite a buzz around till later in the day. We love the area of Ramatulle and will for sure return. There is a market just down the road and an incredible restaurant called Le Will and Les Moulins de Ramtuelle. Thanks for a great stay! It reminded us a bit of Hanalei Bay.... Hanalei to St. Tropez. The beach life for us.

Excellent stay as Patrick the property manager helped with everything. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Only thing to confirm before booking is. the check in and check out times as we were asked to check out at 9am. Way too early as our flight back wasn’t till late. Besides that the entire stay was very pleasant.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Patrick, the care keeper, and he explained the ins and out of this beautiful house. The close proximity to the beach and St. Tropez was ideal and proved to be very convenient. We would highly recommend anyone to rent this property if they want a peaceful getaway in the south of France. We will most definitely revisit this house.

We spend two weeks in the house which is located directly in front of Pampellone Beach. We could look to Club 55 from our terrace. The house is perfect also for winter time. Nice garden with pool. We enjoyed every day and could reach every beach club by foot. Security is good due to 2 gates with security code. We will come again in summer time.

This villa has the best location for Saint Tropez since it is close to the best beach of Pampelonne. You go out the at the back of the garden and you are at Club 55, very nice restaurants and the beautiful beach! The villa is spacious, modern, there is all you need for living&cooking and relax in your holidays. All restaurants are close, a 3 min walk. Very very nice and comfortable. The Villa is good with kids as well, it has a nice pool and in the evening you can sit on the terrace looking at the sea! The best place.

Séjour gaché par un cambriolage pendant notre sommeil à 4h30 du matin la deuxième nuit de notre séjour. Manque de sécurité : la porte prévue pour une serrure de sécurité 3 points, ne comportait qu'un simple barillet débordant de la porte. Le cambrioleur n'a eu aucun mal avec une simple pince à casser le barillet de l'extérieur et à pénétrer dans la maison. Sac et bijoux volés sur la table de nuit pendant notre sommeil, et réveil en sursaut qui a fait fuir le personnage. La gendarmerie a confirmé qu'il n'y avait rien de plus simple à casser que ce type de barillet débordant à l'extérieur. La nuit précédente, première nuit dans la maison, réveil à 6 heures du matin, par une personne venue fouiller le sous-sol dans lequel se trouvent le lave-linge et le sèche-linge, sous-sol ouvert à tout vent, sans aucune porte. Certainement venue pour un repérage selon la gendarmerie. Le correspondant du propriétaire sur place nous a dit qu'il s'agissait probablement d'un rôdeur et qu'il n'y avait pas lieu de s'inquiéter. La chambre de l'étage avec les deux lits d'une personne n'est pas utilisable par des petits enfants car l'escalier est un simple trou sans rambarde. Sinon, maison bien placée car près de la plage ! Sous équipée néanmoins : 5 verres à vin, peu de vaisselle.... Bon accueil , disponibilité et réactivité du correspondant du propriétaire , le réfrigérateur qui fonctionnait mal a été changé rapidement. Concernant le cambriolage dont nous avons été victimes, pas un message de réconfort de la part du propriétaire !!!!!!
