This level also includes a large double bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Both the living room and kitchen have exits leading to the terrace and swimming pool. There is also a shower/WC on this level.
