Sehr großes Grundstück, das Haus ist auch sehr geräumig und vielseitig nutzbar. Die Lage ist der Hammer, sowohl zum Meer als auch zur Promenade mit den Restaurants. Sehr netter Besitzer, dieser ist bei zu klärenden Themen sehr agil und sofort da gewesen. Schöner großer Pool.

Gerade das Mobiliar im Aussenbereich war durch das Wetter stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Elektrogeräte sind sehr wertig, aber funktionieren teilweise nicht richtig. Wie z. B. Mikrowelle und TV. Letzteres brauchten wir zum Glück nicht. Etwas mehr an Dokumentationen in Form eines Ordners wäre gut. Es gibt inzwischen schon etwas an Sanierungsbedarf.

Fantastiskt väldesignat och fint hus med jättefina badrum och kök. Utmärkt delvis skuggad pool. Nära havet och nära matbutik samt liten mysig by med restauranger. Bästa villan hag hyrt någonsin.

Lyxiga köksapprater inkl Teppanyaki men saknas lite basala enklare köksverktyg.

We spent at Villa Sa Torre Blanca one week in July from our two weeks at Mallorca. If we knew how this property is amazing we would be there both two weeks Villa has unique vibe, very large garden with many shadow places where to relax and read books. Of course also great pool , private tower for nice view to the mountains or to the see. All is very clean, some parts of the house historical some new. The village, San Pere is small quite place, no massive turistic spot at all. Small quite beach 10min from house or closer sea access via lava rocks. Village has a few nice restaurants and few glocery shops with very good sortiment Miguel as a host is very suportive, all was remote, smooth Thanks a lot for nice moments at your Villa! Karel & co.
