This spacious holiday home with 3 bedrooms for 6 persons rests on the first floor in Lazise. It has a garden with a decked seating area to enjoy the fresh air of Italian Lakes region. The place is perfect for a family with children or two smaller families.
The holiday home is only 0.3 km from the harbor of Lake Garda and sandy beach of Pacengo di Lazise. You will also find many boats, shops, pizzerias, cocktail bars, grocery stores, and restaurants there. If you wish to have fun, the Caneva World Aquapark and Gardaland amusement parks are within a range of 2 km. For a shopping stroll, you are only 5 km from the town center of Lazise. Here, you can enjoy the streetscape and local life.
Equipped with heating and air-conditioning, this holiday home ensures comfort in all seasons. With the oven in place, you can bake cakes and pizzas whenever you wish to. A shared washing machine helps in daily chores. Parking is available. You can bring a pet here but need to inform in advance.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted

Toll gelegene Wohnung mit praktischer überdachter Terrasse. Klimaanlage im Flur, die bei 37 Grad leider nicht besonders hilft.

De parkeerplaats is te klein voor een doorsnee wagen. De afzuigkap werkt niet. 2 van de 5 gasbekken werken niet. De verlichting van het terras werkt niet. Er zijn maar twee kookpotten en dan nog zonder deksel. We hebben al twee mails gestuurd naar het agentschap maar er komt geen reactie. Dit is ergerlijk.

Accommodatie ligt mooi centraal, op loopafstand van het meer, het plaatsje Pacengo en meerdere heerlijke restaurantjes. De accommodatie was erg ruim en schoon met een grote tuin. De aardige eigenaresse laat je heerlijk genieten, maar mocht je iets missen in het huis of iets willen vragen, dan helpt zij direct (waar mogelijk). De sleuteloverdracht gaat via het bureau in Lazise, dit verliep ook prima! Wij hebben genoten van een zeer zonnige week in Italië!

Groot huis dat precies voldeed aan de beschrijving. Huis is erg minimalistisch ingericht zo is er bv geen magnetron en geen toiletpapier oid aanwezig bij aankomst. Het grootste nadeel was voor ons het gecombineerde toilet/bad.Met 6 personen is het dan vaak wachten om te douchen of het toilet te gebruiken. Ook zijn er weinig stopcontacten en is de airco m. i. te zwak voor deze woning. Ligstoelen zijn echt toe aan vervanging. Eenmaal door het voorgaande heengekeken ligt het huis ideaal om het garda meer te bezoeken. Kleine probleempjes worden meteen door de eigenaresse en of het verhuurburo opgelost. Gelukkig ie er schuin tegenover het huis een grote parkeerplaats want onze ford tourneo paste niet op de aanwezige parkeerplaats. Ook het grote beschermde terras was mooi.
