About this house rental
This holiday home is located just a few steps from the centre of Pacengo Lazise and overlooks the main road that runs alongside Lake Garda. The spacious garden of the holiday accommodation is at your private disposal and from the stanza dei pensieri (room of thoughts) on the upper floor you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Garda, just a few metres away, through two large windows. The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday and for visiting the attractions on the lake, including a water park and amusement parks, fun for children and adults alike. Lake Garda is also a good starting point to reach the towns of Riva del Garda, Limone sul Garda and Malcesine by boat. Malcesine, with its medieval castle, is also famous for the writings of Goethe, to whom a museum and bust are dedicated. Verona with its arena and the famous Juliet's house is only 32 kilometres away.

Das historosche Haus ist sehr behutsam und geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichetet.
Die Lage ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge ob zu Fuss, per Fahhrad oder Auto in die Umgebung. Der Gardasee ist fussläufig erreichbar.
Der geschütze Garten hinterm Haus ist sehr schön. Mit etwas besserem Wetter hätten wir ihn sicher mehr genutzt.
Aber auch ein paar Regentage haben wir mit 4 Kindern in den großzügigen Innenräumen genießen können.
Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, durch die dünnen Decken. Dafür hat es aber den Charme der alten historischen Konstruktion.
Die von vorherigen Gästen kritisierte Lautstärke aufgrund der angrenzenden Hauptstraße und Kreuzung haben wir nicht als so störend empfunden. Dafür mussten wir mit unseren Kinder auch keine Rücksicht auf die Ruhe anderer nehmen. Die Bäder, die Küchenutelsilien und der Eisschrank waren bei unserer Ankunft teilweise nicht ganz sauber.
Stauraum für Lebensmittel in der Küche wären toll.
Ansonsten war alles da, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht.
Das Haus hat uns insgesamt sehr gefallen!

We all (8 persons) travel a lot all over the world - in Italy we’ve been 10 times - , also in a house, so we can compare the price and the level of the house.
Best part in this house was location and there was enough room. Also we enjoyed of the atmosphere in so old house.
We think the owner should keep better care of the house and the garden. F.ex in the kitchen there was lot of things, kettles and pans, but most of them very old. Also the whole kitchen wasn’t very good. Beds in bedrooms were not very good. Only bathroom was modernized.
We had to clean all over first. (We paid only half of that price.).
Though we had in the very beginning told you we’ll have little baby with us, it was hard to get the bed for him. We got it one day later we arrived and we had to pay extra 20 e! (In the shop that kind of bed won’t cost much more!)
The garden was undirty, dry and grey; old table and chairs. When the average feeling is that it’s not kept clean, you start thinking there might be bedbugs and other insects in the house corners. We found three bigger ”something”, we don’t know what they were.
So the price was too high for all that. We think the owner could make the house little more suitable for nowadays travellers. It won’t cost too much - OR hire the house with lower prize.
