Villa Ninho da Aguia is away from the hustle and bustle, It's set in the hills above Sao Rafael an excellent location, yet only a 10 minutes' drive to the beach, a choice of places to eat, shops and attractions. Back to this comfortable 4-bedroom villa it has a private pool, great spacious terrace with comfortable outdoor seating - perfect to relax under the hot Portuguese sun with all you need for alfresco dining. Why not spilt your times between the beach and your pool? Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms & lounge are included.
Villa Ninho da Aguia is situated in a cul de sac, nestled on the hillside in Cerro d'Aguia, above Sao Rafael and Albufeira. The villa is within easy access to the excellent Castelo beach, which is 2 ½ miles away, with a snack bar/restaurant, it is around 10 minutes' drive to the neighbouring beaches of Castelo, Coelha and Sao Rafael. Albufeira lies 3 miles to the east with all manner of shopping amenities and restaurants along the narrow, cobbled streets. For a more social, vibrant evening out visit the Albufeira marina, where you can cherry-pick from the bars and restaurants that look out over the glitzy yachts.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Albufeira Municipal Tourist Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and over, for the first 7 nights. No charge from 1 November to 31 March. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

Excellent property, lots of space for 7 adults to do whatever they wanted, either individually, as couples or as a large group.The one thing that was missing was a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, a small supply of dishwasher, washing machine tabs and some washing up liquid and a cloth / sponge.
