Close to the Lipno lake in lábek, lies this 5-bedroom holiday home. Perfect for a group of 10 or families with children, it offers an infrared sauna to unwind and a private swimming pool to take a refreshing dive.
The Lipno Lake offers wonderful views and many activities like fishing, swimming, and water sports. There are several cycling and walking trails to explore. Culture lovers can visit the town centre at 2 km with the ambience of a bygone era. The supermarket and restaurants are at 2 km. You can enjoy the slopes of the Sumava Mountains during winter.
The holiday home is cosy with central heating, a spacious living room and a modern kitchen. There is a table football for recreation and a terrace to relax outdoors with a cool drink. Try your culinary skills over the barbecue in the furnished garden. Play equipment, trampoline, cot and high chair are available.
Public transport is at 500 m.
The rate for gas is 7.50 euros per cubic m and will be charged locally to the caretaker.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

Confortabel huis benedenverdieping voelde kil aan Mooie omgeving kort bij het meer , natuurpark,klein en groot kwamen aan hun trekken.De woning is heel rustig gelegen,zwembad is een pluspunt.

Hele aardige meneer die na een telefoontje er binnen 5 minuten was. Heel groot huis, in de zomer lekker koel beneden, zwembad(je) erbij om buiten af te koelen. Het water was daarin 26 graden, maar kon warmer worden gezet. Wel eigen vervoer nodig want het ligt wat afgelegen aan een klein weggetje vlakbij het Lipnomeer. Wij waren met 10 volwassenen en hebben elke dag wat anders gedaan, ook een dag naar Praag gaat prima 2 uur heen en 2 uur terug, auto op PR gezet, en met de metro was je zo in het centrum. Lekker wezen raften bij Cesky Krumlov. Echt een fijne week met elkaar gehad.
