We had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed our vacation here! The rooms were beautifully decorated, the Disney and Universal parks were just a short drive away, there was plenty of space, and the pool area was great. A really nice vacation home — we highly recommend it!A few minor downsides: the game console in the upstairs Star Wars room wasn’t working, some players was broken with the table football, the dishwasher door was loose, and the kitchen knives were quite poor. We rented a grill for an additional fee because we love grilling, but the grill was very small, quite dirty, and the igniter didn’t work, so it had to be lit with a lighter. If you’re really into grilling, this might be a disappointment. The showers also didn’t have any shelves or holders for shampoo, conditioner, or other toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient.We never received or managed to find the PIN code needed to access the communal trash bins. In the shared pool area, the adults ended up scraping their elbows on the waterslide — especially the green slide, which should be used with caution.Overall, however, those are minor things and we had a wonderful vacation!

This property exceeded my expectations. The house was clean and everything worked perfectly. We had no issues during our stay and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay. The kids loved the game room and pool so much we actually had a hard time getting them out of the house to go explore Orlando. We will definitely be back.

This house was incredible! We had a down day to just relax and we worried we'd have to come up with something for the kids to do at some point. Between the game room and the pool our 6 kids had a blast that day and the other two days we were in the house. The words "I'm bored" were never uttered and I got to relax poolside knowing they were happily entertained. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer worked great, absolutely no complaints.

I’ll start by saying The home itself was absolutely fantastic. My family and I would stay in the home again. Kudos to the Real Estate Investor who purchased the property and had it staged so well. However, There were disappointing aspects in regard to management. We opted to pay extra to have the hot tub and pool heated for our stay (something that, realistically, should be included in the stay for pure hospitality purposes). The first two days of our stay the heat was not on and we were unable to enjoy the hot tub. Property management delayed until the third day of our stay to fix the issue. I understand the mindfulness for energy conservation and utility cost, but my suggestion is to factor the additional cost into your rental fee and just keep it heated to prevent problems like this in the future. The cheapness in regard to quality of the items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and the lack of hand soap at all the sinks in the home was also underwhelming. The quantity of the items was adequate for the duration of our stay, and we were not understocked or overstocked for those items. They day of check out staff arrived 45 mins prior to an already early check out. Now I am having issues receiving the damage deposit (which they said the issued a full return of deposit a week ago-our stay was two weeks ago). Not sure if the issue is on their end or my banks but I have not yet received the Trace ID number to provide my bank to resolve this issue from property management.
