About this house rental
Casa Paradiso boasts nearly two acres and 500 feet of lake frontage. The game room has both a pool table and conversation area with a TV to round out entertainment for all. There is an eat-in kitchen with a table and bar seating as well as a dining room set for 12 guests. Dine on the outside to the patio table, set for ten, and a palapa with swim up bar in the pool directly on Lake Austin. With its own boat dock, our Guest Services Managers can set up a boat day complete with a stocked boat bag, a captain and pick-up on the property. Perfect for Micro-Weddings, or Corporate Events. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. Great House for Larger Families!

This home was absolutely stunning. It exceeded our expectations. It was not only beautiful, but also functional and comfortable. The pool and cabana made you feel like you were at a resort. It was nestled in a private area with a fabulous amount of property and lakefront. There were great views from the living areas and master of the excitement of the lake.

Can’t beat the location and house Amenities. We had 10 total people and Above retrofitted the house so each person in our party had their own bed. Private Chef Danny was an awesome addition to the experience. Highly recommend!

My family rented this house over Memorial Day Weekend and had the best time! The house is a bit dated but from the minute you pull up to the gate, the property is just stunning. The kitchen isn't super well stocked and given it's a holiday weekend the lake was quite busy but we would likely rent again anyway!

The property itself sits at the end of a semi private road on a massive lot. It worked out great for our family of 5 and the grandparents. A few things for feedback: the checkin/checkout process was a little edgy. Our checkin time was pushed back until after 5 due to construction on the road. This was not anyone’s fault so completely understandable. We had groceries set to arrive at 5 but when she arrived, the road was still blocked off. Finally after 6 PM, the road was clear and she was able to bring the groceries. Things were melted but not a huge deal. To alleviate that, the management company agreed to a 1 PM check out. We did have a house manager that came in and did the dishes and took the trash out on Friday. She was super sweet and accommodating! The inside of the home was fine but the outside definitely needed so help. A full on power wash was needed on the house itself as it was covered in bugs, webs, dirt etc. There was a birds nest my children found with a dead baby bird in it (a bit traumatic), lots of wasps nests on the palapas area, and a cactus growing out of the gutters. If the outside was taken care of, it would of made a huge difference. Upon check out, we had another house manager come in saying it was past 11 and the cleaning ladies should be there soon wondering when we were checking out. I informed her of the agreed upon 1 PM check out and she had no idea about that. We rushed to pack our belongings and clean up and left the house. We then received a text message that we were correct about the later check out time in which they said we could stay until 2. Though we appreciated that, we were long gone. Communication is key with this type of business especially when dealing with guests. Overall, a great stay but will most likely choose another home next time.
