It's a very nice and clean place. However, the parking situation and entry were not what I was expecting. The garage for parking should not be advertised. The driveway is too short and too steep to park anything without messing up the car you're driving. Overall, it was a great stay, and would stay again.

Overall, I had a pleasant, mostly problem-free stay at this apartment in Austin. The pictures on the listing are accurate. The apartment was very clean, and well equipped with dishes, towels, cleaning supplies, and plenty of K-cups for the coffee maker. Just a couple things that potential renters should know, and the owner may want to address: - Entry into the upstairs apartment is by using the keypad on the garage door in the alley behind the house, and then going through the garage to the stairway. At the top of the stairs is another door with a keypad, which gives you entry to the apartment. This was unclear in the instructions, and I spent 40 minutes texting with the property manager to figure this out. - The entry door to the apartment actually enters directly into the bedroom. - The windows and door in the bedroom are only covered by flimsy venetian blinds that let a lot of light in, and there are several street lights or house lights shining in. Owner should probably install some room darkening curtains. I was waking up at 3AM, thinking it was daylight.

This is a cute little tastefully designed/decorated place that was just right for my friend and me while we spent a long weekend exploring Austin. We needed 2 beds, and one bedroom with a queen plus the couch-to-bed in the living room provided that. The couch-bed was reasonably comfortable for me, but I think others might find it too firm. There were clean sheets and pillows for the couch-bed, but the blanket for it looked either dirty or stained, hard to tell which. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything we used in it worked. Some of the dishes did not appear clean. The bathroom is nicely lit and was clean. The flap inside the toilet tank frequently did not seal after flushing, so the toilet would run until you reach into the tank and adjust the flap to seal properly, which was a little annoying. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work, and there was no bar soap to use instead. It would be nice to have a little bench in the shower to put stuff on or to prop one's leg for shaving. All in all, it is a very nice little place in a nice neighborhood.
