Million Dollar view and very close to several trail heads. We love this condo because of its location and view. It is comfortable and you can actually use the kitchen if you cook. The Clubhouse was finally up and running this year after it was rebuilt so the hot tub and pool are great amenities after a long day of hiking. The unit is under decorated which we like because we stay for a long time and don't want to compete with decor when we are unpacking.The beds are very comfortable and the unit is clean. This trip we had some minor issues that came up and the owner was very quick to respond and fixed the problems very quickly. Check in and check out were very easy and we had lots of towels, bedding toilet paper and paper towels. We stayed for awhile so I appreciated we didn't need to buy extra. Overall, this unit is great and the owner and management are very helpful and really do care that you have a good stay with them!

Perfect rental! Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and living room furniture. Excellent wifi and TV choices. But the view is the best part, overlooking the mountains and Lake Dillon. There was construction happening during our stay so it wasn’t as peaceful out there as it will be when they are finished. There are 4 floors of stairs from the carport required as there is no elevator. Great place.

We stayed here for spring break and it was in a perfect location! You get the best mountain top views while still close to everything you need! It was so convenient for shopping, eating out, and skiing!! The owner is so nice and communicative for everything! Highly recommend this place!

I love staying at this property. It is close to the Lilly Pad Lake trail head and several other trail heads. The view is amazing. My husband and I like to hike all day then work on our various computer projects the next day as we recover. The condo is spacious and clean. It is not overly packed with crappy nick-nacks and junk so when we move in we have room to put our stuff away and things stay uncluttered. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, which we do. Some properties have a kitchen but it doesn't have the things you need to actually cook. This is our second stay. Unfortunately the clubhouse is not functioning so no hot tub after a long hike. It's been out of commission for two years now. They are updating the condos so maybe next year? I would be sure the clubhouse is working if I had children.
