Summary:
Stunning 1,200 square foot apartment with oversize windows, an open layout, and city/lake views in multiple directions. This bright and modern two bedroom, one bathroom corner unit is perfect for travelers looking for a stylish escape in the sky in downtown Chicago just off the Magnificent Mile and the lakefront. The building has great amenities including an amazing rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the skyline and the lake. This is the best location in the city!
The Space:
[NOTE: All bedrooms have been upgraded with blackout curtains as of August 2026.]
Located on a high floor in a secure, high-end building in the center of Chicago! Once inside, you're greeted by a light-filled space with large windows overlooking the lakefront and the neighborhood.
Interior design is a passion of ours and the chic furnishings reflect that! There is fast internet, a smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on.
The kitchen and living room are open and very spacious. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have 2 counter stools for the kitchen and a 4 person dining table. Plenty of room to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace.
For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
We also provide towels, iron, cleaning supplies, etc. and you have full access to the building's 24/7 laundry room (card operated). The apartment has ample closet space.
The building has a doorman and great amenities including a gym, a rooftop terrace with sun beds and lounge seating, a gourmet coffee shop, and an indoor club room with a pool table that can be enjoyed during colder weather. The panoramic city and lake views from the rooftop are truly awesome year-round!
Guest Access:
You'll have complete and private access to our apartment. You will also have access to all of the building's shared amenities (rooftop deck, gym, club room, business center, etc).
The Neighborhood:
Located in a leafy, upscale neighborhood just off Michigan Avenue in one of the most central locations in the entire city! You are surrounded by world-class architecture, shopping, beaches, parks, and other sites within walking distance. From our place, you can easily walk to the Magnificent Mile, Oak Street Beach, the Lakefront Trail, River North, and Navy Pier as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes. Attractions such as the Art Institute, the Central Loop district, Lincoln Park, and the West Loop restaurant row are only a 5-10 minute ride away.
Getting Around:
Our place is surrounded by trains and buses that will take you anywhere in the city you want to go! Uber and Lyft is also available 24/7. You'll have no trouble getting around without a car.
Parking is not included with our listing, but there are many convenient secure garages within 1 to 2 blocks of our building. We strongly suggest using SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book discounted parking in the area in advance to make your arrival easier. You can usually find reasonable overnight parking for $15 to $35.
Other Things to Note:
Dogs allowed with prior approval only. Please inquire about breed restrictions. 35 pound weight limit. $35/night per pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.
Cleanliness and safety is our top priority and we have implemented enhanced cleaning measures due to COVID-19 based on CDC best practices. We carefully clean and sanitize every property between each reservation. All hard surfaces and high-touch areas are cleaned and separately disinfected using high-grade products that are EPA and CDC-approved. Our trained staff uses gloves, masks, and other personal protective equipment during cleanings. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe stay for every guest.

The apartment was exactly as described. We would stay there again with no hesitation!The location was fantastic, blocks away from Michigan avenue and a block from Lake Michigan.Restaurants within walking distance.However, be prepared to park about a block off the property grounds. Also, make sure to use an in and out parking lot if you plan on driving daily to local destinations such as museums. It’s a good idea to use the spot hero app (as suggested) for apartment parking, but use the park Chicago app when driving within the city.

Lovely location with great water views. Great concierge staff. Lovely cafe with fresh pastries. A small track and park nearby to get your laps in. Lovely playground for grandchildren to safely frolic. For the cost the apt could have had one more bathroom. The dishwasher needs updating. When vrbo encourages rental of other items such a a pack in play it should better coordinate with owner and building for pickup and not putting on the guest to figure out but as I said the concierge staff were very accommodating.

This apartment is perfectly situated for days of museum visits, or strolling the Magnifcent Mile, with plenty of great food options within a short walk. We loved the view!
