It is bounded by the river on the south, the Magnificent Mile portion of Michigan Avenue to the west, and Lake Michigan to the east. Unresponsive Guest
In some cases, if a guest does not respond within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
For same-day bookings, this timeframe is up to 2 hours or less. For all other bookings, this timeframe is up to 8 hours. This ensures that we can provide the best experience and availability for all our guests.
