About this house rental
Sunny Island Hideaway is specifically set up to accommodate 10x guests comfortably.
This two-storey house with a view has 4x bedrooms and 2x bathrooms. This house has great air circulation and is full of natural light, which gives you positive energy to recharge. Very well located and is a 5 min drive to Red Rocks Beach.
You may bring your dogs to our property, but they are to remain outside.
THE SPACE
You can relax and unwind in our living room, or have a games night in our garage, playing tennis table. You can also have a quiet evening and enjoy the sunset from our balcony.
We also have a BBQ available at the property, that is free to use.
Bring your family or friends to have quality time together at our space.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $20 per person which includes a bath towel, beach towel and 2 tea towels.
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.
Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

We had a fabulous Melbourne Cup weekend at Sunny Island Getaway and it was exactly what the title said. Far enough away from town to be quiet and peaceful and presented beautifully. Table tennis table downstairs and teen escape with triple bunk, tv and loads of space for the boys. Two queen beds (be aware one has a memory foam mattress) and another room with bunk bed. The huge front deck with huge table and bbq is wonderful and a smaller private back deck. Doing a wonderful job of the renovation, kitchen has everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay, just what we needed.
