About this house rental

Fabulous Modern two story holiday home comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and great outdoor entertaining areas, plus extra large fully enclosed grassed backyard. Fitted out with all beautiful BRAND NEW FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, LINEN AND UTENSILS. Just perfect for a relaxing holiday away from home.

Just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants in Cowes. A convenient short drive to Penguins, Koala Park, Maze and Ropes course, Motor Grand Prix track. The Nobbies, Woolamai and Smiths surf beaches and many other popular attractions.
Great features to entertain both kids and adults.

WiFi Internet available (reception can be very poor during busy times).

And don't forget the Pets- PETS ARE WELCOME ;) Large secure pet area - with 2 large kennels available (please no pets in any carpeted rooms).

A stunning open plan living area with lounge, LCD smart TV, dining table and kitchen fitted with microwave and dishwasher, fully equipped with all cooking utensils. Cafe Italia Coffee Maker which uses Grinder & Remio capsules available from Coles

Second living /rumpus with 50" plasma TV, DVD/Blu-ray player. Modular lounge with fold out double sofa bed.

2 undercover decked areas perfect for relaxing with, BBQ on rear deck.


Lake is situated at the end of street, with optimal bird life, walking tracks, and lovely setting. Many other parks, children's play ground and open areas just a short walk.

Doonas, pillows, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats are supplied. - BED LINEN IS ALSO SUPPLIED AT NO EXTRA COST - however BATH TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED and quests need to supply their own.
If you require bath towels please ask as they can be arranged at a cost of $5.00 per towel per stay.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite, fully equipped kitchen, dining for 12 people, lounge with seating for 12 people, 60" LED TV. Front and back undercover balconies. Rear with 6 burner BBQ.

Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, second living,rumpus, laundry .

Bed Configuration (all bedrooms have ceiling fans and heating)

Upstairs - Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen sized bed.
Downstairs - Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen sized bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 Double bed plus 1 Tri Bunk (1 double bed with single
bed on top) sleeps 5
Bedroom 4- 2 Double beds (sleeps 4)

2nd living room - 1 double fold out bed

Also available - high chair, porta cot and stair gate upon request at no extra cost!

CHECK OUT IS 10AM- Weekend and Long weekend stays may have a later checkout depending on availability and must be organised and confirmed with owner.

ADDITIONAL BOND FOR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) no bookings will be accepted for groups under the age of 21.

A photo of ID confirmation (driver's license) is required once a booking has been confirmed for insurance purposes.

PLEASE NOTE; There is a strict NO PARTY POLICY. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if quantity of quests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

We booked the property for a family wedding. We loved the location and the house. It was clean and comfortable. Lots of space for a large family stay. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you!
