Loved the view. Unit is nice. Need toilet tissue dispenser is master bath. Patio door needs oil for easier closure.

This home needs a makeover. When you walk in you can smell a mildew smell. In the cabinet under the sink there is rotten mildew wood that needs to be changed. The beds are comfortable. Overall it’s a good location looking over the beach. Oh, if you have to leave to go to the store or an outing be prepared to not have a parking spot to get back to your vacation rental. I feel that the unit numbers should be place in the parking space. Totally unfair for the people renting on the beach side not to have a parking spot.

Everything was great as far as checking in and leaving. Room was nice except the dryer never worked and I told the front desk about it and they said a maintenance guy would be by to fix it. He never came. The condo is on the beach but you still have to walk up stairs to get to it and you can’t walk straight out to the beach from the condo like the pictures show, you have to walk to one area where everyone comes in and out. Only reason I wouldn’t recommend it is because it’s very expensive for the product you’re getting.
