About this villa rental
Jardin Haven sits amidst a lovely garden with beautiful mature olive trees and pink laurels. It is located in a private domain with security, 200 metres from the sandy beach of Pampelonne, off Boulevard Patch and walking distance to the famous Club 55. The pretty village and port of St Tropez, with its local market, shops, bars and restaurants is just 10 minutes’ drive away.
The property has a pretty covered terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs, both with the sitting area are overlooking the garden and pool.
In immaculate condition, this relatively new house has heaps of charm and is ideal for families and those wanting a quiet retreat, within easy walking distance to the beach through a private path, and, at the same time, being close to enjoy the St Tropez glitzy lifestyle.
Accommodation
A very comfortable one floor accommodation. There is plenty of light through all the bay windows opening on the garden courtyard. The house is beautifully furnished throughout. The open plan living room and dining room features two large sofas and armchairs. The fully equipped modern kitchen comes complete with fridge/freezer, induction cooker, and dishwasher. There is a separate outdoor laundry facility with both washing machine and dryer.
There are four luxurious bedrooms in total: two double bedrooms with King size beds (180 cm), en suite shower rooms and wc. One of the double bedrooms and the twin bedroom (2×90 cm) share another independent shower room and separate wc. The master bedroom has a Super King bed (200 cm) is situated on one side of the living area and the other three bedrooms are to the other side of the kitchen, at the other end of the house.
