• Concierge service included This is a charming south facing property with spectacular views down the length of Pampelonne Beach. The property is situated in the gated and secure Domaine Cap Tahiti, one of the most soughtafter areas of St Tropez/Ramatuelle. There is private access to La Plage de Cap Tahiti, and within walking distance of several beach bars, including the famous “Jardin Tropezina” and “Restaurant Le Tahiti Beach”. There are also views over the hills and surrounding countryside. Being a smaller domain than Les Parcs de St Tropez this is considered by some to be more charming and certainly more “authentic” in terms of the beautiful plants and palm trees that are built in and around Domaine Cap Tahiti. The location is practical, with a rapid traffic free access into the centre of Saint Tropez, about a nine-minute drive. Entrance to the property is down steps to a small courtyard with fountain and table, so, at this level, there are terraces to both sides of the house, giving a breeze on hot summer days. Entrance level: Living room with fireplace and opening onto terraces to the sea and to the rear courtyard.
