Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.
Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

Parking: The parking spots are in front of the townhouse.
All guests over 18 years old are required to register in the gate system.
Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
Due to food and safety concerns, we do not provide amenities related to food including salt, pepper, sugar, and spices
Additional Services (requires extra payment):
-Pool heat ($35 a day)
Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.
The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

4 Burner ($105/week) One full propane tank is provided.
Additional day: $15 per day

Please note that f you require an extra propane tank during your stay (for example, if the gas runs out due to frequent use), the vendor charges an additional $40 for the refill.

Pool Heater Operational Hours: 9AM-9PM

We cannot provide early check-in during this time due to the busy holiday season

Our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule and they need adequate time to prepare the property for the next guests arrival
If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure

Had some minor issues at the beginning (which was resolved and out of the property manager's control) but overall, the stay was great. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was amazing with updated decor and furniture. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was smaller than the picture shows but we didn’t care because we were busy every day.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for us. There was even a crib in master upstairs which we weren’t aware of. We would have loved to have a high chair for convenience with small kids.
There was only two pans to cook in and they were pretty beat, and minimal cooking utensenils up but overall things were great! Would recommend.
