The house is very spacious and can accommodate a large group. There are several TV. It's a bit outdated. Kitchen and bathrooms need an upgrade, but it works especially for this price. The location is fine, close enough to shops and the parks.Recommend.

The home was very comfortable and welcoming. I had my parents and my uncle stay with me and the three rooms were more than enough. The beds were comfortable and was glad to see fresh towels ready in each room to use the showers. The large livingroom was big enough to hold a nice family gathering after we came back from a birthday party. We all sat around and had some great conversations. All the younger members enjoyed the pool.

The neighborhood and resort areas/pools were wonderful we loved them and my children had so much fun. However, as another review mentioned, you need a key fob to get into one of the pools. I also communicated this to the house contact and he said the security guard would have a code. That was not the case..
The house itself was a perfect setup for myself and children the beds were comfortable and kitchen equipment was helpful.
The floors were filthy. They appeared clean but after walking across the floor our feet or socks were black! I wish I was kidding. They only had one mop that looked dirty. We scrubbed the floor with a rag and cleaning spray but it didn’t seem to help. Having little children (one who is crawling) I was not thrilled.
Communication was lacking. One of our days we woke up to all of the smoke detectors going off in the house. I understand this could happen but it took the house contact 14 hours to get back to us at all after multiple calls and texts. I had to call evolve to try and get it handled. The alarms went off every hour until they came to fix them. We lost a whole day and a lot of sleep. I would be hesitant to book again.
