The location is nice. The beds are very firm, I am glad I brought my air mattress just in case. The rooms look clean but do not allow any snacks pieces or food to be dropped on the upstairs carpet. The speed bumps (which owner can't control) are very large and annoying. It is nice to have a pool to access.

The location is right off 192 and convenient to food, shopping and the parks.
Due to flights, my stay ended up starting a day late and lasting a day longer, and the Evolve customer service gave me no issues adjusting my stay dates with no extra charge. That is customer service done right!

Our townhouse was really nice. One thing that would help would have a few more things in the kitchen. There was no pot holders, pizza cutter, big pot for pasta and a scissors. Loved the friendly people at the pool. Nice sidewalks for walking. There is no hot tub like the ad said and the pool could be warmer. Not sure if the heater was working. There is a lot of things to do in the area. Enjoyed our stay.

The home and location was great but there was not replacements for anything. There were instructions to wash the dishes, towels, and change the trash but there was not dish soap, dishwasher pods, and only 1 trash bag. The tv remotes also did not have working batteries. We were there a week and had to buy dish soap, batteries for the remotes, and laundry detergent. The grill outside was full of gunk and we couldn’t use it. The outside table was wobbly and we had to prop it up with a rock to eat outside. Everything else was fine. The neighbors were great and quiet.
