Overall beautiful cabin, game room is awesome, backyard is nice. Lots of space and great layout. Well stocked kitchen and home!
A couple of complaints, the inability to coordinate with cleaning staff and communicate effectively to allow for early check in, property management staff tells you to ask the day of to see if early check in is possible only for them to not be able to confirm, in todays world this is unacceptable.
Also the deck area is not cleaned at all… tables are dusty, fire pit is filthy, entire deck covered in dirt and animal Hair. Just takes a blower and some time to clean the backyard.
And finally NO AC! The upstairs gets warm! Have to go around the house and open windows to try to let the cool air in but really not great…. This should be boldly stated in the details.
