The condition of the accommodation and equipment exactly matched the description in the offer (equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, heating/air conditioning). A very nice person handed us the keys. Parking was available in the basement of the house, on the fifth floor there is a swimming pool and a view. Spacious apartment for 4 people. There is an elevator in the house. Sea view. Close to the center, shops and restaurants are nearby. Quiet environment.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft in Altea. Wir haben diese absichtlich etwas außerhalb gewählt und nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum, sondern am Meer und ohne den ganzen Trubel der Stadt. Wer ein Auto hat, der ist gut aufgehoben. Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Auch mit dem Bus kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem größeren Gebäudekomplex mit mehreren Wohneinheiten. Alles ist sauber und angenehm. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küchenausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Toll ist die Waschmaschine in der Nebenkammer. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und auch auf dem Balkon hatten wir zu viert gut Platz. Trudy von der Vermietung ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthalts war stets angenehm und absolut reibungslos. Lieben Dank! Nichts. Höchstens, dass im Bad noch ein paar Haken mehr angebracht werden könnten. Oder ein kleines Regal.

Apartment with great facilities, comfortable beds and furniture. Exceptionally clean and suited our purposes. Near to lovely bars and restaurants. Having a pool on the roof terrace was an added bonus. We were able to use the underground garage space for our hire car.

There wasn’t anything we found we didn’t like.
