It was vey clean & spacious. The location was quiet but near to the centre of Altea. The balcony was a very good size & had sun most of the day. It had a table & chairs plus a comfortable seating area.
The hosts met us & showed us around the property & recommended restaurants nearby.
The kitchen was well equipped.
There were 2 lovely swimming pools, but disappointed that there was not any furniture such as sun loungers or chairs near the pools. We did go in November & whether furniture is there during the summer months.
There was a lovely large television but it didn’t have any English channels, however this wasn’t a big problem as we were happy to sit & read.

The property was lovely . BUT we feel the greeting was very abrupt , we were not told which block we were in after we entered through the car park and was not left an address , or any information on the property. The air conditioning was not on when we arrived , and it was not working for the remainder of our stay. It made the whole apartment very uncomfortable, and cleanliness was not what we expected.
Dirty towel left on the bath , folded as a clean item , stained toilets . Stains on the terrace furniture. Dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid .
