Das Appartment war sauber und gut eingerichtet - ich war nur für 1 Nacht dort, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt waren Waschmaschine und gute Küche vorhanden
Ich war etwas irritiert, dass ich noch extra 3-4 Euro als "Gemeindesteuer" bezahlen musste, bevor ich die Übergabeinformation erhalten habe - auf Dienstreise, möchte man diese Angelegenheit direkt bei der Buchung erledigt haben - bessere Kommunikation via Booking.com und Vermieter würde ich schätzen.

Der Code-Verschluss am Briefkasten ist sehr unauffällig, wir mussten im Lokal frage,............was übrigens häufig der Fall ist wie uns die freundliche Dame erklärte............

Tolle Lage, fußläufig zum Tegernsee, guter Kontakt zum Personal.
Das "Bett" ist eine Matratze auf dem Boden der Galerie. Die Rollos der Dachfenster funktionierten nicht (ab 06 Uhr Morgens schien die Sonne ins Gesicht). Als große Menschen (ca. 1,75 - 1,90) stößt man sich den Kopf.
