The location is perfect - just where you want to be and the balcony rooftop brilliant.
The property is generally tired and needs a revamp - broken tiles and furniture, windows that won’t close, appliances old and tatty.

Excelente ubicación en el barrio de Triana. Duplex amplio y con dos baños completos y un aseo. Excelente terraza con vistas a todo Sevilla. Camas muy cómodas. Tuvimos un problema con una ventana y con el acceso del portal y nos lo solucionaron muy rápido aún siendo Semans Santa.
Mejoraría el mantenimiento como las cisternas, cambio de papeleras con tapas rotas, ….

La buena ubicación y el apartamento en general
Una de las camas era incomodísima, estaba súper dura y no se podía dormir en ella. La ubicación del parking nos costó muchísima encontrarla teniéndonos que entrar por dirección prohibida para acceder a él.
