Spacious and quirky with fantastic view.
There weren’t two futons in 4th bedroom, one was at the bottom of the stairs in an open area. Both futon covers need to be cleaned, the one downstairs was badly stained and smelly, very off putting, would need to be replaced. No sheet or towels in the 4the bedroom and no bedclothes at all on the downstairs futon. The fridge in the kitchen/living room was also very smelly. The stairs are steep and could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues, a small hand rail on either side at the top of the stairs could help particularly in going down.
