位置便利徒步就能走到淺草周邊熱門景點；房間大小很舒適，網路吹風機電視冰箱電風扇瓶裝水等設備很齊全。離海安路地下停車場很近。訂房時可以順便購買停車券，非常划算。雖然是儲水型的熱水器，但是熱水夠熱且水量強，很舒適。
有時能聽到隔壁或別人上下樓的聲音，不過因為頻率不高，加上我不怕吵所以還好。建議吹風機可以大支一點，比較適合長髮吹乾使用。

住宿位置逛街方便
樓梯狹窄很危險，廁所地板太滑，小孩有滑倒，沙發老舊破損，大門電子瑣觸控不靈敏。
