Good Facilities provided. Owner Respond very quickly. Well Maintained property.

The host Shaliendra was super helpful. He was reachable and was always forthcoming. He had kept basic essentials like milk, curd, tea & coffee powder, groceries, cooking gear, etc. This really helped us the next day morning to make tea, warm up our bread, etc. The place has a RO water purifier, refrigerator, power backup broadband, TV, Washing machine, hair dryer, iron box, apart from the furnitures and fixtures. The bedsheets & towels were clean. Tissue rolls and kitchen tissues were provided. Our family stayed there for about a week.

1. no dedicated car parking space. We had to park our car outside the building alongside the roads. This was a concern. Once or twice when we returned late, there were other vehicles parked there & we had to hunt for alternative parking. 2. No lift. We had to lug our luggages two floors along dimly light staircases. I twisted my ankle when we had to bring down our lugguages early morning as there was no lights on the staircase. 3. The security cum caretaker Thappa was never reachable over phone and was not available to help with the luggage. His wife is supposed to clean the house daily, but what is does is just namesake... 4. There were cockroaches in the microwave and these would eventually get into other rooms.... 5. There is a writing table in one of the bedrooms. So if there are more than 1 persons WFH, then it would be a challenge. 6. One of the bathrooms has an Indian style WC . There is some issue with the pipes here and a huge drum is kept to collect the water that drips thru the water pipes. There is not space left in the bathroom. 7. The bathroom attached to the master bed, is western WC. however, there is hardly any space for one to take bath. 8. I found it to be a big challenge to shave. No mirrors near the washbasins. Pls carry a decent sized one or prepare to visit a saloon (10 mins walk) 9. Pls note this is on the vidya valley school road, so during school pick up & drop timings the roads are chock a block. Additionally, the approach / exit towards pune bangalore highway or baner for that matter is usually packed. So pls plan for additional 20 mins during working (pune) hours. 10. The kids playing on the staircases and common spaces on the floors... this created lot of noise disturbance. Also, the bedroom windows face the road, so early morning honking and traffic sounds interfere with ones sleep. 11. The balcony doesn't get any air flow. So the clothes take about 2-3 days to dry.
