Villas Irene 3 Family Apartments

Les propriétaires sont réactifs et joignables très facilement. L’appartement sur 2 niveaux étaient très profitable niveau rangement et place (grande chambre en haut avec une grande terrasse/balcon). Salle de bain petite mais récente. Les avions passent juste au-dessus de l’hôtel mais ça n’est pas plus dérangeant que cela (enfin pour ma part car pas sûr que tout le monde apprécie le balai des avions jusque tard le soir) !

Pas de service de ménage pendant notre séjour de 5 nuits. Nous aurions aimé avoir des savons pour la salle de bain/cuisine. Mauvaise qualité du wi-fi La piscine et les transats mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. L’etendage était vieux et rouillé (à changer) La climatisation en supplément (même si on le savait avant de réserver) à 8€/ jour ! Notre appartement avait un étage et si l’on voulait la clim sur les 2 niveaux il fallait payer 16€/jour !

This apartment was advertised as a 3-bedroom apartment, but that is simply not true. In reality, it has only one private bedroom. The second bed is in an open space right in front of the bathroom, with no privacy whatsoever. The third bed is placed in what should be the living room – again, not a bedroom and offering no privacy at all. I was traveling with my husband and my teenage daughter, and I specifically booked this property expecting a private room for her. Privacy at this age is essential, and I felt very frustrated and deceived when I realized the listing was misleading. I paid for a 3-bedroom apartment, but what I actually got was something completely different. On top of this, there were serious issues with the neighbors, who spoke extremely loudly well past midnight and did not respect the silence one would expect in a family villa. I believe the owners should have clearer policies about this type of behavior and take action when respect is not shown. The kitchen facilities are also outdated – the induction hob is extremely old, and most of the kitchen accessories are worn out. There wasn’t even a simple set of wine glasses, so I ended up buying some myself and leaving them in the property. Overall this was a disappointing experience due misleading advertising , and future guests should be aware.
