Location, very close to beach.

Bathroom facilities, shower cabin was not clean. Bedroom bed was was squeaky and mattress not so comfy.

El precio me había parecido bien , al ver las fotos cuando reservé me gustó , pero realmente no fue de mi agrado

No me gustó que el apartamento en fotos aparente estar limpio pero realmente le falta mucho para eso , una mejoría con todo dentro del apartamento, actualizar e renovar sería bueno para nosotros los huéspedes que salimos de nuestros hogares buscando una calidez mientras vacacionamos, llegué a eso de las 3 de la tarde , salí al mercado y regresé a eso de las 6 para prepararme cena y descansar, apenas me recosté en el sofá me picaron en el cuerpo ácaros , los vi con mis propios ojos y busqué por internet describiendo lo que estaba viendo para saber que me había picado, ya que la picada se hinchó y me picaba demasiado, lo dejé pasar por qué pensé que como todo algún mosquito o insectos puede llegar a picar , pues me picaron más de una vez en el sofá, me pasé a la cama y me seguían picando , al despertar noté como estaba de picada tuve que salir a la farmacia comprar alcohol y repelente , lo notifiqué al anfitrión y su respuesta fue que antes ningún huésped había notificado nada así , decidí que lo mejor sería irme por mi salud y mi tranquilidad ya que ese día por la tarde tenía reuniones de trabajo no podía irme sin organizarme , ya que el anfitrión solo me dijo que me mandaría alguien de limpieza a limpiar con vapor al día siguiente decidí llamar a atención al cliente de Booking a ver si me podían ayudar a cancelar esa reserva mostrándole las muestras de mis picadas y como tenía el cuerpo picado , me dijeron que si el anfitrión estaba de acuerdo era la única manera de cancelar reembolsándome mi dinero ya que la reserva no era responsable, al rato se comunicó Booking conmigo y me dijo que el anfitrión lamentablemente no dio ninguna respuesta positiva.

L'appartement est près de la digue et spacieux pour 2 personnes, la chambre est jolie mais pas aussi bien que sur les photos. porte de l'armoire est manquante et 1 lampe de chevet sur 2.

Le bruit, 1 nuit avec la musique du bar de la plage ambiance discothèque, cris dans la rue. le matin 7h30 - 8h, les containers des vidanges qui sont vidés par le camion , containers qui sont juste devant l'immeuble. La propreté de la cuisine, de la salle de bains, le balcon est à l'arrière et salle, sans intérêt. Les châssis à l'avant et les gardes corps sont très sales. Manque de vaisselles et les poêles sont inutilisables. Moins accueillant que sur la photo. le vinyle de la cuisine est usé il faudrait le changer. parking difficile à trouver, peu de places

J'avais lu les commentaires et concernant le bruit à l'extérieur la nuit c'était vrai surtout le vendredi, j'ai donc pris des dispositions pour ne pas les entendre (écouteur à réduction de bruit) et j'ai bien dormi.

Bel endroit à améliorer

La proximité avec la plage. La propreté des sanitaires et de la douche.

L’appartement mal insonorisée et la propreté qui laissait à désirer. Notamment, les couverts rangés, la machine à café qui collait, la présence de sable sur la table à manger et sur le sol, le tapis de bain sale depuis quelques temps, l’éponge de la cuisine était quasiment fichue L’absence de savon lave main, de liquide vaisselle et de draps pour le canapé lit, ce qui devrait être un minimum quand on annonce que nous sommes un couple avec un enfant. Après avoir fait remarqué les principaux points et demandé un geste, la seule proposition a été de refaire passer la femme de ménage qui insistait pour revenir.

Erg aangenaam verblijf.

Het appartement lag erg dicht aan zee. Je vond erg makkelijk parking in de omliggende straten/parkeerterrein tegenover het appartement. Op wandelafstand vind je een carrefour, marktplein (met markt op dinsdag) en twee slagerijen. Verschillende bezienswaardigheden lagen op 15m wandelen van het appartement. De indeling van het appartement zorgt ervoor dat je als ouder je kind kan laten slapen en jullie zelf nog rustig van je avond kan genieten. De slaapkamer kan je sluiten met een schuifdeur en heeft een rolluik. In de leefruimte heb je een bank waar je makkelijk een bed van kan maken. Via de keuken kan je naar de badkamer. De eigenaar is betrokken en communiceert duidelijk.

De slaapkamer grenst aan het trappenhuis. Dit kan kort voor wat lawaai zorgen bij het stijgen of dalen van de trappen. Echter wordt binnen dit appartementengebouw respectvol met elkaar omgegaan en probeert, zeker in de avonduren, erg stil te zijn.
